FoodSaver Dry Canning (Vacuum Packing)

I love using my FoodSaver and all the attachments. I have dried canned beans/rice/pasta. My question is, could I use my food saver to can, in a Ball jar, Knorr Pasta Sides? This Knorr package is Cheddar Broccoli macaroni. Could I empty the package out into the jar for longer shelf life? I guess you could say I just want to dry can to give it a longer shelf life.
Thanks in advance.

My answer is, it depends. What are the ingredients of the Knorr Pasta Sides? If there is any kind of oil or fat (cheddar?) in it, it probably won't extend its shelf life by much. But if you are sure all ingredients are dried with no fats or oils, then my answer would be, yes, it would extend the shelf life longer than the original packaging.
