My name is Cem Koyluoglu. I am a Food Engineer and I live in Istanbul.
"Freeze Drying" was a fantasy both for me and for the industry when I graduated. But today it has become indispensable. It is a life buoy that will save humanity, especially in unexpected pandemics, wars, natural disasters, etc.
With freeze-dried products, we do not only extend the shelf life of the product, but also add life to our own.
We consume the nutrients as if we are eating them fresh, almost without losing original nutritional value and taste, and we eat healthy.
In this regard, I started to work for investment in my country, Turkey, which is a fruit and vegetable paradise.
