I dehydrate Pork Loin Jerky

Sounds crazy but many times I have dehydrated pork loin. I buy them in full loins then have to trim it off to just the center piece. What I trim I cook up then can for later use. Once you have the center piece do the same as you do, freeze slice marinate dry. As I am loading the jars to put them in the freezer I squeeze each piece in a paper towel. These must be stored frozen!
I use Soy Vay Veri Veri add to that a little liquid smoke and ground black peppercorns.
