Storing without refrigerator

I plan on storing these items. Some I will buy and others I will dehydrate myself. I will be putting them in a storage facility that is not climate controlled. It gets pretty hot here. Will that cause it to spoil or not last as long? After opening--I don't know if I will have a way to refrigerate it. Do you have any tips? I may be in the mountains soon!
