Temperature effect on dry storage

Curious about more than just shelf life but tolerance of this product to temperature. I can store thus in a cabinet in my shop but I live in the desert and temperatures can soar above 100 degrees. Dies thus impact the taste, quality or shelf life of the product? Thanks for a really useful website.
